THE CLUBHOUSE (MIDDLETON, MA)

The Clubhouse Video Review Here

The Clubhouse is a Indoor Golf Simulator and Entertainment venue that focuses on golf and has recently dove into golf instruction, but also has a bar feel with pool tables, darts, ping pong, and more. AboutGolf Simulators are in use here with turf in good shape, medium-high prices, and a welcoming staff.

Atmosphere

This is one of the more unassuming simulator spots that we’ve been to. On the outside you’re directly on route 114 with cars flying by, an IVAPE and Dairy Queen in the same plaza and it looks like it’s a small box. Once you walk in this place is one of the bigger spots we’ve been to.

Tom and I were convinced that this place was going to be dingy and small on the inside and were pleasantly surprised!

Hanging out with Kevin and a few others and the owners in house as well, we felt extremely welcomed. Old dudes shooting the shit, pizzas slinging in the simulator across from us with a younger crew, it was filled from 5pm on for the night.

This place is somewhat corporate but also provides a more comfortable feeling. There are the simulators, bars, projectors, ping pong, darts, and full bar. There was no food at this spot which is tough, but that doesn’t mean you can’t order in like the young bucks did.

Condition

We’ve got Aboutgolf simulators back at it again and here we’ve got nice and seemingly updated bays. All of the turf is in nice condition, and you should be able to find a time to play with 8 bays and a teaching room that is used by PGA professional Erik Karpinski.

Value

As far as costs go, Bay rentals come at a 2 hour minimum and for weekdays it’s $55 and weekends come in at $65 per hour. Not the cheapest here and not the most expensive either. Packages provide some relief if you frequent this place for simulator range use (5 Hours for $125/10 Hours for $250) or bulk simulator use (5 Hours for $250/10 Hours for $475).

Erik Karpinksi is a PGA Professional and provides lessons for customers as well. With the use of technology, a simulator, and nice conditions we know that is going to be north of $100. Erik comes in at $105 and shoots all the way up to $130 depending on day and time of day.
